Arrival and airport transfer
Keflavik International Airport
Leifur Eiríksson International Air Terminal in Keflavík, located 48 km from Reykjavík is the gateway for most passenger and air-freight flights to and from Iceland as well as an important hub between Europe and North America.
Facilities within the terminal fulfill the most demanding standards and the interior has been designed first and foremost with the traveler in mind.
Keflavík airport is open 24 hours per day.
Airport transfer
A flybus is operating between Reykjavík and Keflavík International Airport in connection with all departing and arriving flights. Tickets can be purchased online, on Icelandair planes, and at the airport.
The drive to Reykjavík BSÍ Bus Terminal takes about 45 minutes. Downtown Drop-available for an extra fee and takes an additional 30 minutes.
Taxi and Car Rentals
Taxis are readily available at the airport upon arrival 24 hours a day.
For those who prefer to drive, various car rental services are at your disposal for exploring Iceland at your own pace. In the arrival hall at Keflávík airport, one can find the desk of car rental companies.

tHE BLUE LAGOON
All conference guests will enjoy seamless transport from Reykjavík to the Blue Lagoon and back.
Note! Meeting point for bus transfer to the Blue Lagoon is at Iceland Parliament Hotel - Time is 7:45 for the first group and 9:45 for the second group.
On the return trip, we will stop in the charming town of Hafnarfjörður for a relaxed dinner together before heading back to the city.

The second conference day will take place in the magnificent Harpa Conference Centre, a landmark of contemporary architecture in the heart of downtown Reykjavík.
